No, the app uploads your Pou to the server automatically when important changes occur.
However if you customized your Pou or the house since the last save, and want others to see them sooner, you can save your Pou manually.
However it might still take a few minutes for the new changes to appear to new visitors.

are determined by the quantity and quality of social interactions that a Pou receives from others,
including visits, likes , messages and co-op games.
The most effective way to be popular is to share your Pou's nickname with others on social media.
